My granmdother who had her own antique shop always had handy tips like this and frequently whipped out the sharpies for the chairs my brother and would scuff up as kids.

We might be getting hardwood soon and I will do this! I do this already with my son’s espresso Pottery Barn Kids furniture. They sell these pins at their store to exactly match the stain. I LOVE these!

What a wonderful idea!! I am going to try that on the wooden bench in our office, hopefully it will hide the scratch from the vacuum!

Gotta love those quick fixes with stuff you have around the house! I’ve seen the markers in the store that are sold specifically for filling wood scratches. I think I’ll raid my son’s box of markers next time instead! Thanks!
