I have really been wanting to get into yoga… There is a yoga school right down the street from me and when I can afford it, I’m definitely going to go sign up!

I agree with the big bowl of cereal and cold skin milk! I’m off dairy now, since I’m nursing, and skin milk just doesn’t quite have the same effect.

As for the libraries, I think Denver libraries are great, especially the Jeffco ones. I’m off to Columbine library later today for a puppet show with the kids.

Tonia, keeping the bags in the car is the best idea!! Joy, if you work full time it is hard to fit all of this in I’m sure. When I worked full time I had to choose one extra a day to make sure I was not over-doing it. Pick what is most important to you.

I wonder too about the trash, did I recycle all that I should have. And I keep my reusable bags in the car to make sure that I have them in case I make an impromptu stop at the store.
