Having a gym buddy has proven to be the secret to consistency for me. Even if we don’t talk that much, it is nice knowing the girl working out next to me!
I’d add deodorant to that list! I always keep extra in my gym bag, just in case.

I need #4! My face has broken out so bad since I have started working out regularly and I would love to have something quick to clean my face before leaving the gym… before I run to Target then to pick up the kids from preschool

I use a reusable water bottle too, as matter of fact I have stopped buying bottled water all together, I filter my water. Handwipes, I keep them too.
I had decided to read through some of the top twelve lists – when I saw “Joni, Texas” – I thought “Wow! I know a Joni from Texas…could it be her? Sure enough, it was! My precious niece! I love your list Joni! Makes me want to get movin’!
