I want that Kitchen Aid stand mixer, you’re right that every kitchen needs one. My grandmother had one, and I’ve always loved it. I have a few silicone spatulas and love them too. Great top 12 for the kitchen.
This is a great list, Christi. I would agree with almost everything – but I don’t have a food processor or dutch oven. Both are currently on my “I need” list. I use my wooden spoons and Pampered Chef silicone spatulas all the time. I’m also a huge fan of my deep stock pot. I use it more than I ever expected. Great for one-pot meals.
Mixing bowls were one of the best gifts we ever received for our wedding! It’s the practical gifts…and usually the kitchen ones that end up being the gifts that keep on giving Great list, I found myself checking to make sure I’m up to mixer speed.

I use my 10″ Calphalon pan almost daily. Your top 12 lets me know I need the 12″ pan, too. Love your list.
